What is Feminine Embodiment Coaching?

Feminine embodiment coaching helps you reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom, power, and safety. It’s especially powerful for healing body image struggles and rebuilding a sense of trust in your body- beyond appearance or external rules. Rather than relying solely on mindset work or behavior change, embodiment coaching guides you into the felt experience of your body, where so many of our emotional patterns, beliefs, and protective habits live.  Through tools like breathwork, intuitive movement, guided meditations, and somatic inquiry, you begin to unwind stuck energy, soften inner criticism, and discover the truths your body has been holding. This work is also a profound support for emotional regulation and personal growth. If you've ever felt like your food or body struggles are about more than just food- they are. Feminine embodiment coaching helps you access the deeper drivers behind your relationship with eating, control, perfectionism, or avoidance. It creates space to meet emotional blocks with curiosity instead of judgment, welcoming and releasing them. This opens us up to experience our full essence, creativity, and power- a place where food and body angst can no longer breathe. So much more is possible when we have access to our full range of feminine gifts.  ​

Coaching is not mental health therapy. Therapy often looks backward, and embodiment coaching focuses on creating a body connection in the here and now. It also looks forward, grounded in this body connection, at what is desired and how to pursue it. It is through this body connection that we can release what we have been holding somatically in our bodies, freeing up space for our full energy and light to shine. It liberates us of our burdens and shame so we can fully reconnect to ourselves. ​​Joy, in its most resilient form, lives in the body- not just in fleeting thoughts, but as a deep, grounded aliveness that expands our sense of self and opens us to the world. Feminine Embodiment coaching aims to awaken this aliveness.

What is Nutrition Therapy?

Nutrition therapy is a personalized, evidence-based approach to health that goes far beyond food rules or one-size-fits-all diets. It integrates the science of nutrition with the lived experience of your body—looking at everything from metabolism, hormones, gut health, and blood sugar to emotional eating patterns, food beliefs, and stress responses. The goal isn’t perfection or control- it’s nourishment, balance, and sustainability. In nutrition therapy, we explore how your body functions, what it needs at this stage of your life, and how to support it through realistic, compassionate choices that feel good for you. This work is especially powerful for women navigating transitions like perimenopause, chronic stress, emotional eating, or frustration with weight and body changes despite “doing everything right.” We zoom out to understand how your symptoms, habits, or cravings are connected to deeper physiological or emotional patterns- then work together to shift those patterns from the inside out. Whether we’re supporting your gut, rebalancing hormones, easing inflammation, or rebuilding a sense of trust in your hunger and fullness cues, nutrition therapy bridges the gap between science and self-compassion. It’s about learning to care for your body in a way that’s informed, attuned, and empowering- not punishing.

What is Intuitive Eating? 

Intuitive eating is a non-diet approach to nutrition and well-being that helps you rebuild trust with your body and food. Instead of following external rules or rigid plans, intuitive eating teaches you how to tune into your internal cues- like hunger, fullness, satisfaction, and emotional needs- so that eating becomes a responsive, respectful, and nourishing experience. It's about coming home to your body, letting go of the guilt and shame that often surround food, and relearning how to eat in a way that supports both your physical health and your mental and emotional well-being. Intuitive eating is also a powerful tool for healing your relationship with food and body image. It helps untangle patterns of restriction, emotional eating, and bingeing by addressing the root causes- not just the symptoms. It's not just about "eating when you're hungry and stopping when you're full"- it's about reconnecting with what your body truly wants and needs and honoring that in a culture that often teaches you to ignore or override it. When paired with embodiment work, intuitive eating becomes even more impactful, helping you uncover the beliefs, fears, and emotions that shape your eating habits and guiding you back to a place of self-trust, satisfaction, and inner peace.
