The 3-month Coaching Journey: Nutrition and Embodiment

I offer transformative 3-month coaching journeys that include 1:1 virtual high-touch sessions.
I do this, instead of single sessions, because it's more empowering and increases commitment and growth. We build a highly customized journey together to address your unique pain points and goals, mapped out in the 90-minute initial mapping and assessment session.

As needed, the coaching journey will include a mix of:

feminine embodiment sessions focusing on a current concern (such as self-worth, acceptance, or an emotional block)

an Intuitive Eating framework that supports food peace

In Each Session​
Each session addresses what is happening in the here and now, grounded in your somatic experience of being in a body. The end goal is for you to move past what is keeping you stuck- with food goals, health goals, and life goals- so you awaken the connection to your authentic voice, power, and joy and free of body image and food stress.

It begins with a free 30-minute video consultation where we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and what’s possible when nourishment meets embodiment.

After our consult, I’ll follow up with a suggested journey framework and timeline tailored to your needs and goals

We’ll then schedule a 90-minute Mapping Session to dive deeper into your story, clarify priorities, and co-create a roadmap for your next chapter

Your personalized plan will integrate nutrition therapy, intuitive eating support, and embodiment tools that help you reconnect with your body and values

From there, we’ll meet regularly over 3 months for supportive, high-touch coaching as you integrate these tools and create lasting transformation
