Badass Joy Coaching is designed to help you meet shame with self-compassion, understand what’s blocking your happiness, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and embodied alignment.

Through somatic practices, reflective coaching, and practical tracking tools, you’ll:

  • Learn to welcome all parts of yourself—including the perfectionist, the self-saboteur, the fearful parts—with compassion.

My Happiness Story

 

I used to live with a gentle, slightly dark cloud that hovered over me.
It followed me everywhere—soft but persistent—blocking bits of bravery, ease, and joy. 

 

Why was lasting joy so hard to hold? It felt like trying to grip a slippery fish in fast-moving water.

But I wasn’t slowing down long enough to look within. And because I’m tenacious, I pushed forward anyway—setting goals, chasing achievement, hoping they’d eventually lead me to clear skies. But those goals were rooted in obligation, expectation, and the insecure part of me that was striving to feel “enough.”

They weren’t born from my authentic desires.


And I wasn’t connected to that inner place of calm and safety—
the place where joy is always quietly waiting.

When I finally turned inward—into my body, into myself—I cracked open.


Old wounds began to soften and shift. A new kind of happiness awakened, one I didn’t know was possible. I connected, for the first time, to what I truly desired—what my soul had been craving all along.

Embodiment work brought me close enough to meet every part of myself: the emotions that needed liberation, the younger parts that needed love, the wisdom I had been too busy to hear. I welcomed all of me—fully, maybe for the first time.

And something powerful emerged.


A voice that said, “That. I want that.”


A tether to an internal source of love that feels infinite and accessible— all day, every day.

Now, I feel vivacious. Not through striving. Not through proving.


But through coming home to myself.

When we listen to our deep soul whisper, our intuitive voice, we are aligned with what is best for us and what we truly want. Embodiment puts us face to face with this voice- we learn to know and trust it. 

Program Details

This is an 8-week program. Sessions can be spread out as desired to biweekly. ​

Phase I: Map It Out

  • Two 90-minute Sessions​

  • We map it all out- your somatic orientation to your life and life domains. We dig into all things core beliefs, resistance and restrictive patterns and limiting beliefs, embodied connections, habits, unhelpful perceptions, real world barriers- all of it. We gain an embodied understanding of how these patterns, thoughts, and feelings are interconnected and impacting you. 

Phase II:  Embody

  • Three Embodiment Sessions

  • The next three 60-minute sessions are embodiment sessions. We drop into your body and soul connection to gain clarity on your inner wisdom. I’m just a guide- you already hold the answer within. Together, we shift what needs to be shifted, opening space for a new, valued direction. We build a more nourishing relationship to perspective, beliefs, patterns, or anything else that has been blocking your joy.

Phase III: Align

  • These next three 60-minute sessions help us align your soul wisdom we gained into real-world aligned actions. This could include working through barriers, setting and meeting goals, and understanding and integrating what is coming up for you so you can share your gifts with the world and access full aliveness and happiness- every day.

The program includes embodiment practices and 30 plus journalling prompts in between sessions as well as goal-specific action items to support your goal pursuit.

Investment

Program investment is $1350 for 8 sessions due at the end of the first session. 

 

*The program is a flat fee with option to add check in sessions after the 8 sessions are complete. Follow up sessions are $125.
