MODULE 2: Food and Body History Awareness
Explore the roots of your food and body relationships. Learn how restriction impacts our body, metabolism, and create space for nourishment.
MODULE 3: Interoceptive Awareness & Felt Sense
Reconnect with your body's cues and learn how to identify internal felt senses as a powerful resource for change.
MODULE 4: Normalizing Eating & Nutrition Knowledge
Learn how to nourish your body without guilt or rigidity. We'll debunk nutrition myths, reduce food fear, and bring in realistic, grounded meal planning guidance to support balanced eating with freedom.
MODULE 5: Parts Work & Disordered Voice Awareness
Meet the internal voices and learn how to compassionately work with these parts instead of battling them, and begin to access your wiser, more centered self.
MODULE 6: Releasing Food Rules & Core Beliefs
Let go of old rules that no longer serve you. This is where we actively challenge forbidden foods, food morality, and the unconscious beliefs that keep you stuck in restriction or emotional eating.
MODULE 7: Prioritizing Satisfaction, Pleasure & Joy
Bring joy back to the table. This module helps you rediscover the power of satisfaction—how it supports regulation, reduces binges, and honors your full human experience.
MODULE 8: Binge & Emotional Eating
Go beneath the behavior. We’ll explore the emotional needs, nervous system patterns, and unmet hungers that often drive overeating or food-as-coping. You’ll learn new tools that honor your feelings and support real regulation.
MODULE 9: Embodied Self-Care & Self-Compassion
Redefine self-care from a place of wholeness. Consider overall self-care, movement, sleep, and building habits that feel doable, supportive, and rooted in compassion.
MODULE 10: Body Image Healing
This final module helps you move beyond body obsession and into body respect. You’ll explore how to soften judgment, expand identity, and shift from appearance to presence. Body image work here is not about loving how you look—it’s about reclaiming your right to exist fully, as you are.
