
Parent Coaching
Parent or Caregiver Coaching is a unique way to support your child or teen's mental health.
It's a series of 1:1 sessions with one or two caregivers or parents in a virtual setting. We'll dig into:

current meal planning and family approach to food

parental or caregiver relationship and biases that may be impacting conversation in the home around food

About the Parent Coach
I’m Joanna, a somatic dietitian, mental health nutrition specialist, and certified Intuitive Eating counselor — and a mom of three! I know firsthand the joys and challenges of raising children, and how much family dynamics shape a child’s mental well-being and overall health.
I bring empathy and a focus on self-compassion to parent coaching, supporting caregivers as they navigate the emotional complexities of feeding and caring for their loved ones. My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and connected in your approach to family wellness.
