What is a somatic mental health nutritionist?

A somatic dietitian integrates evidence-based nutrition therapy with your own body awareness, wisdom, and intuition to help you heal your relationships with food, body, and movement. 

Rather than focusing only on what you eat, this approach explores how you eat, why you eat, and how your body feels in the process. It acknowledges that food, emotions, and the body are deeply interconnected—and that sustainable change happens when we learn to listen to and trust our body’s cues.

As a mental health nutrition specialist, we also focus on helping you understand how mindset, embodiment, food, supplements, and self-care impact the brain and your mental wellness.

A feminine embodiment coach helps clients get in touch with the internal felt senses. This means we slow down, connect with and welcome all that is there. 

It's more than mindfulness. We help clients learn to feel safe in their bodies, connect with the wisdom that is alive within, and ultimately discover authentic wants and needs. 

The feminine embodiment coach is a guide, not an expert on your body. We support you in returning to the full expression of self. In terms of self-love, this coaching modality is a wonderful way to heal the old wounds and inner child that drive self-doubts, shame, fears, and inner criticism often act as barriers to self-care and self-support.
